What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidates will:
· NVQ Level 2 playworker, childcare, or equivalent or willing to undergo training.
· Knowledge of appropriate play activities e.g. crafts, sports and games
· A basic awareness of health and safety practices
. Organise and plan games and sports
. Supervise children and give out refreshments and food.
. Deal with injuries and emergencies
· Be supportive, nurturing and understanding with high expectations.
· Communicate well with parents, carers and members of staff, as well as pupils.
· Have excellent communication skills
· Work well as part of a team
