What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
- Strong experience within a nursery or early years setting.
- Previous responsibility for leading a room or supporting senior practitioners is desirable.
- Confident knowledge of safeguarding, the EYFS, and child development.
- Warm, positive communication skills with both children and families.
- A proactive, supportive approach to leading and coaching your team.
