Clinical Lead Nurse – Up to £24 per hour | 42 Hours per week
Clinical Lead Nurse role offers the chance to guide a dedicated team, deliver hands-on care, and mentor colleagues within a beautifully presented nursing home supporting older adults with residential, nursing, and dementia care needs.

What We’re Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration.
- Proven experience in a nursing home environment.
- Previous Senior Nurse, Deputy or Clinical Lead experience is welcome.
- Strong clinical decision-making and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Compassionate approach and commitment to high-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the clinical team to deliver safe, person-centred care.
- Act as a mentor to nursing and care staff, encouraging professional growth.
- Provide hands-on nursing support across the home when required.
- Oversee care planning, risk management, and clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and best practice guidelines.
- Work closely with residents, families, and external professionals.
- Promote a positive, nurturing environment for older adults living with complex needs.
