The Headteacher and Governors are seeking to appoint a dynamic, committed individual to support the learning and development of children within our school. We are looking for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant who has experience working one-to-one with children with hearing impairments, or who is willing to undertake the necessary training to develop these skills.

The successful candidate will need to:
- Provide one-to-one support;
- Have GSCE English and Mathematics C or above;
- Contribute to children’s development and safeguarding;
- Have an NVQ level 2 qualification or equivalent in Teaching Assistant or supporting teaching and learning in schools;
- Is patient, empathetic and passionate about supporting children's learning;
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills;
- Is reliable, flexible and eager to learn;
- (Desirable) Has experience working with children with hearing impairments.
