• Deliversafe, effective, and compassionate careto patients with acute medical and respiratory conditions.
• Communicate confidently with a wide range of health professionals to ensure smooth admissions, care planning, and discharges.
• Work closely with internal and external agencies to supporttimely, safe patient discharges.
• Collaborate with senior nurses and allied health professionals to maintainhigh standards of care and patient experience.
