Stoke City Football Club of the English Football League has an exciting opportunity available to join our team of Turnstile Operators to support its matchday operations at the bet365 Stadium.
As a Turnstile Operator, you will be responsible for checking and reconciling matchday and stadium event tickets. The ideal candidate will ensure that supporters receive exceptional customer service upon entry into the stadium.
Main Responsibilities:
• Responding to all customer enquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Facilitating the smooth and orderly flow of spectators into the stadium during matchdays and events.
• Checking that customer tickets display correct details and guiding them to the appropriate team for any discrepancies.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Exhibit problem solving ability.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently.
• Maintain a consistently professional demeanour and presentation.
• Navigate and resolve pressured situations.
The ideal candidate will be available to work evenings and weekends to cover matchday fixtures and other adhoc events.
Positions will be offered on a casual and intermittent basis. All relevant training will be provided.
