Crynodeb
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a 16 year old boy with complex healthcare needs in their home during the morning to get ready for school, or the day ahead.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with personal care and daily routines
• Support with mobility and use of specialist equipment
• Administer medication and follow care plans (training provided)
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively
About You:
• Experience working with children or individuals with healthcare needs (desirable but not essential)
• Kind, patient, and respectful approach
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to undertake training relevant to the role
• Enhanced DBS check required (can be arranged)

Hours: 7.30-9.00am Monday - Friday (school) term time.
9.00am -10.30am Monday - Friday out of term time.
