Crynodeb
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a lovely profoundly disabled 16 year old boy with complex healthcare needs in their home during the morning to get ready for school, or the day ahead. He has extremely limited mobility, and is non-verbal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with personal care and daily routines
• Support with mobility and use of specialist equipment
• Administer medication and follow care plans (training provided)
About You:
• Experience working with children or individuals with healthcare needs (desirable but not essential)
• Kind, patient, and respectful approach
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to undertake training relevant to the role
• Enhanced DBS check required (can be arranged)

Hours: 7.30-9.00am Monday - Friday (school) term time.
9.00am -10.30am Monday - Friday out of term time.
