ABOUT THE ROLE
As Resident Experience Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our home — ensuring every resident enjoys a safe, welcoming, and enriching experience. You’ll lead by example, inspire excellence, and work closely with department heads to deliver seamless service across care, housekeeping, dining, activities, and more.
Your role will include:
Championing resident satisfaction through daily engagement and feedback
Coordinating service delivery across all non-clinical departments
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality
Managing complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency
Supporting home improvement projects and budget planning
Deputising for department heads and ensuring effective rota planning
ABOUT YOU

Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or care home settings with a clear understanding of standards, policies and procedures
A background in team leadership or supervisory roles
Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail

Excellent personal presentation and cultural awareness
