Crynodeb
The successful applicant will develop a detailed understanding of the various financial support associated with tackling cold homes and fuel poverty and become our key officer in helping local residents access relevant funding as well as supporting the day to day enforcement work of the team and undertaking a range of work relating to empty properties in the District.
The post holder will have an excellent eye for detail, a logical problem-solving approach and the ability to provide the highest standards of customer service and strong communication and organisational skills to manage a diverse and demanding workload. Applicants should be willing to learn to help develop a sound knowledge of housing legislation with full support from the team.
A full driving licence is required for this post and the nature of the work means that you will need to undertake some activities outside normal office hours.
