Summary
Are you passionate about creating magical early years experiences? Do you thrive outdoors and enjoy hands-on learning? Stretton Pre-School is looking for a nurturing and motivated Level 3 Pre-School Room Leader to join our wonderful team.
At Stretton, children enjoy Forest School sessions, time in our ever-growing garden, and regular adventures within our local community. Through these rich experiences, you will play a key role in supporting their development and preparing them for a confident start to school.
What We’re Looking For:
A dedicated practitioner with:
• A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• A genuine love for working with children.
• Enthusiasm, creativity, and a positive team spirit.
• The ability to lead and inspire others in a busy Pre-School environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the daily operation of the Pre-School room in line with Stretton Pre-School’s Policies and Procedures, the EYFS, and Ofsted requirements.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and child-centred environment that meets every child’s individual developmental and educational needs.
• Ensure all quality and safety standards are consistently met.
• Build strong, professional relationships with parents and carers, ensuring high levels of communication and satisfaction.

All roles are subject to satisfactory references and enhanced DBS clearance.
