Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Care Worker to provide high-quality personal care and support to clients. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, preparing meals, and supporting clients’ wellbeing. This is a permanent role with night and weekend shifts, offering flexibility and opportunities to increase hours. Full training and induction are provided.

Typical shifts: 07:00–14:00 & 14:00–22:00
Minimum guaranteed 25 hours/week initially, with potential for more
Flexible evening and weekend shifts
Requirements / Skills:
Female candidates only
UK Driving License
Certifications:
Moving & Handling
Medication Management
First Aid & Basic Life Support (BLS)
Mandatory Training Certificate
Lone Working
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide personal care, medication administration, meal prep, and general support to clients
Travel to client locations using a pool car provided at the start of shift
Attend full induction and training
Wear provided uniform
