Crynodeb
To provide highly specialist Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT) expertise to children and young people supported by the team To offer advice and consultation on clients psychological care to other members of the team in relation to clinical psychology highly specialist knowledge and skills including CBT, DBT, neuropsychology, knowledge of neurodevelopmental presentations. To provide other specialist clinical psychology support to the Centralised Crisis Services including group work, training, consultation, audit and support for junior staff within the service including supervision where appropriate. To support and lead on service development and enhance the offer for children and young people with mental health needs across the services. To participate in collating outcomes/ results with clinical/professional lead and support/lead on areas of service improvement, service pathway developments and review.
