Summary
CSP Recruitment are offering a great opportunity for Production Operatives to join a Fresh Produce supplier based in Spalding.
The shift pattern is a continental 2-2-3 day shift on 8:30am to 8;30pm or night shift on 8:30pm to 8:30am, 3 breaks ( 15 min/ 30 min/ 15 min).
The hourly rate is £12.21ph and overtime is paid at £15.26ph on days and £13.13ph and overtime is paid at £16.41ph on nights.
This is a very busy environment as you will be working on the production line packing fruit. No experience needed, but you must be physically fit due to lifting, pushing, packing and sorting items of up to 20kg.
As a Production Operative/Packer, you will be integral to our manufacturing process, ensuring products are assembled and packed efficiently. This role requires core skills in assembly, with an emphasis on mechanical knowledge and the use of hand and power tools. While no prior experience is necessary, your willingness to learn and adapt is essential. Additionally, any warehouse experience will be beneficial in contributing to a smooth workflow.
