Legal Secretary - Corporate Transactions
Search Recruitment are looking for a proactive and highly organised Legal Secretary to join our Corporate Transnational team. This is an excellent opportunity to support senior fee earners across a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance, reorganisations, and restructures.
In this fast-paced, client-focused position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional administrative and secretarial support.
Typical responsibilities include diary management (scheduling meetings, arranging travel, coordinating calls and lunches), building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, preparing materials ahead of meetings, sourcing and updating documents, and providing administrative assistance during completions.
About You:-
Experienced secretaries or administrators with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
