As Head of Development for YMCA Halton:
Your day will consist of …
• Meeting local stakeholders to understand the social needs of the local community and how YMCA Halton can play a role in improving people’s lives.
• Establishing and nurturing partnerships to grow the work and impact of YMCA Halton.
• Developing a new strategy for the charity and operationalizing this strategy.
• Identifying and leading submissions for fundraising opportunities to increase the impact the charity can have.
• Managing existing resources and activities being delivered.
This job is for you, if…
• You are ambitious to lead and develop the future direction of a youth and community focused charity.
• You are a strategic thinker.
• You believe in the power of networks and relationships to deliver impactful work.
• You have four years’ experience working in a senior leadership role within the VCSE sector.
• You are enthusiastic with the ability to inspire, manage and lead a small team.
Successful applicants will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
