Your new company
You'll be joining a well-established housing association committed to delivering high-quality services to its communities. The organisation is undergoing a period of transformation and requires an experienced finance professional to provide robust financial support and insight. This is a public sector role for 6months paying a daily rate up to £375.
Your new role
As a Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner, you will:
- Deliver accurate and timely management accounts and financial reporting.
- Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and support decision-making.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with public sector and housing regulations.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives during the contract period.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE (Qualified by Experience).
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner within the public sector and housing association environment.
- Strong technical accounting skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
