Sales Administrator Apprenticeship – Landlord Compliance
Bromley North (Office-based with potential hybrid) | Full-time, Permanent | £22,000–£24,000 + Bonus
EPC Choice is a fast-growing compliance business helping landlords keep properties safe and legal (EPCs, CP12 Gas Safety, EICRs, PAT testing, alarms, emergency lighting). We’re looking for a confident and organised Sales Administrator to join our friendly Bromley North office and play a key role in converting enquiries into bookings. Your Apprenticeship is a Government Approved Sales Apprenticeship which will provide you will expert sales trainging.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong people skills who wants more than just “another admin job” — here you’ll build a career, learn from industry experts, and even have the chance to qualify as a Domestic Energy Assessor to boost your income.
What you’ll be doing:
Handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and SMS.
Converting those enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Scheduling Energy Assessors, Gas Engineers and Electricians.
Keeping our CRM and clients up to date with progress.
Providing excellent customer service to landlords, agents, and property managers.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in sales admin, booking coordination or property services.
Background in property management, housing, estate agency or trades is ideal.
Or if you have worked for a Gas or Heating company or Electricians.
A clear, confident and professional phone manner.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Tech savvy, comfortable with Microsoft tools and quick to learn new systems.
Possibly already trained as an Energy Assessor
Above all, someone with great people skills who enjoys helping customers.
What we offer:
Salary £22,000–£24,000 (DOE) + ability to boost this once qualified as an Assessor
Mon–Fri 9:00–17:30 (flexibility during busy periods).
Career development – full training to become a qualified Energy Assessor, working alongside one of the UK’s leading experts.
