Location: Brixworth, Northamptonshire - travel to the office required with some remote working available
Hours: Permanent Parttime 30 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Salary: £19,734 + benefits

What will you be responsible for?
As a Drainage Team Administrator, you'll be managing daily team administration tasks, closing site visits, exporting new reactive job tickets, recording Traffic Management details, scheduling works to meet SLA requirements, raising follow-up reactive tickets for drainage works, responding to FMS updates, booking road space, and ensuring compliance with road space bookings.
Your day to day will include:
-Monitoring and programming of reactive works tickets
-Tracking outstanding works
-Booking roadspace
-Collating information required for investigations
-Assisting the emergency response team in severe weather

This role of Drainage Team Administrator is great if you have:
-Experience in an administrative role
-Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
-Competent telephone manner
