Job Description: Deputy Nurse Manager
Salary: Circa £45,000
Location: Bridgnorth
Position: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and assist the Registered Manager in managing clinical teams within a social care setting.
- Lead and motivate staff teams, ensuring high-quality care for residents, particularly the elderly.
- Utilize clinical care systems and uphold governance standards effectively.
- Demonstrate loyalty and commitment to team support and development.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in managing clinical teams.
- Active-PIN or a strong clinical background with leadership experience in clinical teams.
- Strong knowledge of clinical care systems and governance practices.
- Experience in elderly care preferred.
