About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled SAS Grade Dermatology Specialist to join our growing dermatology service in Manchester. The post-holder will provide high-quality outpatient dermatology care across multiple clinic sites, contributing to a responsive, patient-centred service. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of a broad range of dermatological conditions in outpatient and community settings. Support dermatology triage and referral management to ensure effective patient flow. Work collaboratively with consultant dermatologists, specialist nurses, GPs, and allied health professionals. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and uphold high standards of patient care. Participate in teaching, supervision, and training of junior clinicians or wider primary care colleagues where appropriate. Essential Requirements Full GMC registration with a licence to practise. Postgraduate clinical experience, including experience in dermatology. Evidence of specialist dermatology skills, training, or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in the management of common dermatological conditions and confidence in performing routine dermatological procedures. Desirable Attributes Postgraduate qualification in dermatology (e.g., Diploma in Dermatology). Experience in NHS community dermatology services or outpatient surgery. Competence in minor skin surgery or advanced dermatology procedures. Experience in service development and teaching
