Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £14.00 per hour
Location: Inverness
Summary:
Our client is looking to appoint an Accounts Administrator, initially on a temporary basis. This is a full time, office based role in Inverness and duties include:
Providing comprehensive administration support to the team including matching goods received notes on the system.
Input and register invoices for payment.
Filing of paperwork.
Updating and maintaining accurate finance records.
Daily use of MS office and financial software systems.
Carrying out reconciliations.
General administrative duties in support of the team.
Person specification:
Strong administrative skills.
Previous experience in a similar accounts administration role preferred.
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong IT skills including MS Office.
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a busy workload.
