Crynodeb
Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a progressive estate agency in West London.
The ideal applicant will have at least a year's experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
You will be managing the negotiation and tenancy process from start to completion.
The Role:
• Registering applicants
• Arranging and conducting viewing
• Reference checks
• Generating new business
• Admin and marketing tasks
Key Skills:
• Must be a confident and strong communicator and be able to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
• Good administrative skills with the ability to work fast paced and meet deadlines
• A full UK driving license and your own car is required
Full time permanent role
Salary:£35,000 pa to £50,000 pa + Benefits
