Job Title: Quality Control Inspector
Location: Woking, United Kingdom

Employment Type: Temporary
General Purpose of the Job
The Quality Control Inspector ensures all products meet quality standards and customer expectations. Using technical drawings, specifications, or verbal instructions, the inspector performs incoming, in-process, and final inspections using appropriate tools and procedures to identify any quality issues.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming and outgoing products per customer specifications and internal processes.
Conduct in-process inspections to ensure correct masking/de-masking and thickness requirements.
Complete Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMRs) as needed.
Support Quality and Engineering teams with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records and follow Manufacturing Standard Procedures (MSPs).
Operate precision measuring instruments to document inspection results.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Assist with packaging and preparation of shipments when required.
Follow all workplace safety policies and guidelines.
Perform additional duties as needed to support business operations.
Qualifications & Skills
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent qualification).
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and procedure manuals.
Strong mathematical skills (basic arithmetic, percentages, and graph interpretation).
Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Email).
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently with strong time-management.
Troubleshooting ability with attention to detail.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to distinguish key colours (red, orange, yellow, blue, green, violet).
Good near-vision acuity — corrected or uncorrected.
