- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices in BSL education
- Fluency in British Sign Language (BSL), with a minimum of Level 3 qualification
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role supporting students with hearing impairments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
