The Role
The school is seeking a committed KS3 Teacher capable of delivering a broad range of subjects across the Key Stage 3 curriculum. You will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support a range of needs and abilities
- Deliver across all KS3 subjects, adapting learning to meet the needs of the pupils
- Build positive relationships and use consistent, supportive behaviour strategies
- Work closely with support staff, pastoral teams and parents
- Assess progress, provide feedback and adjust teaching where necessary
- Contribute to enrichment opportunities, school trips and wider school life
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong teaching practice with the confidence to deliver multiple subjects
- Experience with SEND or additional needs is beneficial but not essential
- A positive, flexible and empathetic teaching style
- Strong communication and the ability to work collaboratively
