Role Overview:
As a Construction Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues.
- Enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
- Manage and mentor site staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
Pay Rates: £30 - £45 per hour
Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
