The Role: Clinical Leadership in Adult Specialist Care
This is an exceptional Clinical Leadership opportunity for an ambitious Nurse or clinical professional to fully own and manage a high-quality supported living service. You will oversee two single-occupancy sites in Lancing, supporting adults with complex needs, including Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Epilepsy.

Your Mission: Operational & Clinical Governance As the Supported Living Manager, you will serve as both the operational lead and the Clinical Anchor for both sites.
Core Responsibilities:
• Clinical Governance: Provide essential clinical oversight, driving high standards in protocols, competency, and training across specialist services.
• Operational Leadership: Ensure the safe, effective, and truly person-centred support is delivered consistently across both sites.
• CQC & Quality: Lead on CQC compliance (Single Assessment Framework), audits, action plans, and continuous service improvement.
• Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with residents, families, MDTs, commissioners, and community partners.
• Team Development: Lead, coach, and mentor your on-site teams, supported by a Deputy Manager.
Essential Criteria required from you:
We are seeking a proactive, values-led leader with a passion for complex care:
• Clinical Qualification: NMC-registered Nurse (RGN/RNLD/RMN) with a live PIN. (Strong non-nursing clinical backgrounds with relevant complex care management experience will be considered.)
• Management Experience: Proven leadership/management experience in Supported Living, Community LD/Autism, or Complex Care.
• Regulatory Expertise: Deep understanding of safeguarding and CQC regulations (Single Assessment Framework).
• Mobility: Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential for site travel and community engagement.
• Desirable: Familiarity with Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) models.
