Requirements:
- Understanding of Food Safety procedures
- Ability to access and make corrective actions
- Good communication and writing skills
Responsibilities:
As a Oven Operator- High Care , you will:
- Removing oven racks from the oven when programme is completed
- Checking all items are cooked correctly and meet the standards
- Checking the temperature out of the oven and recording on the CCP paperwork, then hold outside the blaster for 15 minutes to take off the main heat
- Placing the oven racks into the blast chillers and completing the necessary paperwork
- Placing empty oven racks back through the ovens into Low Risk Kitchens
