Crynodeb
a) Work with the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) team to provide a child centred, inclusive, holistic and accessible public health programme to children, their families and communities. b) Establish effective links with children, families, communities, statutory and voluntary agencies. c) Promote the physical and emotional wellbeing of children and young people, in order to establish good health for them now and in the future through early intervention, health promotion, advocacy, empowerment, social inclusion and the reduction of health inequalities. d) Make referrals as appropriate enabling access to relevant professionals supporting children and young people to reach their health and developmental potential.
