Essential Requirements, Educated to degree or equivalent level in a relevant discipline.
Experience of working in a strategic development role in the regeneration, business support, inclusive economy community and place arena.
Experience of project development, co-ordination, delivery and evaluation and programme management.

The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of the Restart meeting, a key initiative supporting individuals back into sustainable employment. This is a strategic role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational oversight to ensure the programme meets its objectives and delivers real impact.
Some of the key responsibilities of the role include leading the planning, delivery, and evaluation of Restart meetings across the region, managing relationships with employers, training providers, and partner organisations, overseeing performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement and supporting the Service Manager and wider team in aligning Restart activities with broader employment support services.

About You:
You will have proven experience in business management, programme coordination, or employment support.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills, and strong organisational and analytical abilities are key for this role.
You should be passionate about helping people overcome barriers to employment and be results-driven, with a clear focus on achieving performance targets and continuous improvement.
You must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
