Deputy Manager - Westhope Mews Residential (Horsham)

Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Salary: £26,250 per annum (FTE)
Service Type: Residential (supporting 5 adults with learning disabilities)
Reporting to: Service Manager

Service Overview

Westhope Mews is a residential service in Horsham town, supporting five adults with learning disabilities (LD) who have a range of physical, emotional, and daily living support needs. The service is close to public transport links; however, a driver is preferred to support flexibility with appointments, outings, and operational duties.
Several individuals have mobility needs, so experience with hoisting, manual handling, and safe moving & handling procedures is essential. The Deputy Manager must also be confident providing personal care where required.

The Deputy Manager supports the Service Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of Westhope Mews. This role blends hands-on support with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality care, a positive team culture, and safe, person-centred service delivery.
