What you'll be doing:As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process, helping to produce high-quality automotive parts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating machinery and working collaboratively with your team
- Monitoring machine performance and making minor adjustments
- Conducting visual inspections to ensure product quality
- Logging production data to support performance tracking
- Packing and preparing finished goods for shipment
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.25
- Regular overtime available at £18.38 and £24.50
- Rotational shift pattern - Early, Back & Night shifts
- Full uniform provided
