Contract: Fixed Term (with a view to become permanent)
Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week, 38.6 weeks per year

Job Overview
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our fantastic team.
This varied role combines classroom support with leadership responsibilities and lunchtime supervision duties.
As an HLTA, you will:
Support children in their learning by working with individuals or groups.
Contribute to assessment, planning, recording, monitoring, and reporting of pupils’ progress.
Deliver lessons under the guidance of teachers and provide targeted interventions.
As Positive Play Lead, you will:
Develop and lead strategies to promote positive play and wellbeing during break and lunch times.
Organise structured play activities that encourage inclusion, teamwork, and emotional development.
Support and train play leaders and lunchtime supervisors to create a safe and engaging playground environment.
As Midday Supervisor, you will:
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of pupils during lunch breaks.
Promote positive behaviour and inclusion in the playground.
Support the smooth running of lunchtime routines.
