to ensure each acquisition is seamlessly integrated into our digital and IT ecosystem.
This role is perfect for a confident IT leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to complexity, and is
passionate about creating consistency, efficiency, and value through integration.
About the Role
Reporting to the Digital & AI Strategy Director, you’ll lead the full IT integration process for newly acquired businesses. You’ll
shape integration strategy, manage system migrations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure all IT operations align with
TCFG standards—while protecting business continuity.
You’ll be the connector between acquisition teams, IT, external partners, and functional leads across the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. IT Integration Planning & Execution
* Develop and own IT integration plans across systems, data, infrastructure, and security
* Assess acquired businesses’ IT landscapes to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities
* Define integration strategy, sequencing, cutover plans, and readiness criteria
* Create detailed timelines, milestones, and project plans
* Lead kick-offs, status reviews, and post-integration evaluations
2. Systems, Data & Infrastructure Migration
* Manage the migration and validation of data and applications into TCFG enterprise platforms (ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.)
* Align master data, access rights, and configurations with TCFG standards
* Coordinate secure connectivity, user provisioning, and data governance frameworks
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to align processes and KPIs
* Act as the key liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and technology partners
* Resolve integration issues and ensure dependencies are managed effectively
4. Project Management & Communication
* Produce clear project updates, dashboards, and summaries for senior leadership
* Lead cross-functional project teams with clarity around roles and responsibilities
* Ensure stakeholder engagement and readiness across both acquired businesses and internal teams
* Communicate risks, progress, and impacts clearly and consistently
* Capture lessons learned to enhance future integration frameworks
What You’ll Bring
Essential
* Proven experience delivering IT/system integration following mergers or acquisitions
* Strong understanding of enterprise IT (ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, data management, CRM or manufacturing systems)
* Skilled in managing complex IT projects in fast-paced environments
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels
* Analytical, structured problem-solver with strong attention to detail
Desirable
* Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, or multi-site operations
* Familiarity with IT change management or business process mapping
* Certifications such as Prince2, PMP, Prosci, ITIL, CISSP, Azure/AWS
