Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Lettings Admin and Inspection Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A multilingual background is advantageous, as it will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele.
Duties
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and staff.
Organise and maintain office files, records, and documentation in an orderly manner.
Carry out Inspections for existing properties.
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive approach to work with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Working hours
This is a Monday to Friday role hours are 10.30am to 4.30pm and any additional hours will be discussed on the interview.
