Interim Business Analyst
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid - occasional on-site presence required)
Rate: Up to £500 per day (outside IR35)
Duration: Initial 6 months, with potential extension up to 12 months
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-profile programme. Reporting to the Head of Programme Delivery and working closely with internal teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing business analytics and transformation initiatives that prepare the organisation for a major project. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a major reform initiative, driving transformation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage best-practice business analytics to support programme workstreams.
- Define requirements, processes, and documentation to enable key programme activities.
- Provide subject matter expertise and act as the key liaison between programme and technical teams.
- Deliver data analysis and actionable recommendations to drive operational improvements and new ways of working.
- Facilitate workshops, identify efficiencies, and resolve business issues.
- Support organisational readiness for franchising through robust business analytics and transformation processes.
Essential Experience
- Proven track record in business analytics and transformation within complex programmes.
- Strong experience in defining and implementing business processes, performance metrics, and documentation.
- Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders and influence change.
- Familiarity with transport or franchising environments is highly desirable.
