Your new company:
We are looking for flexible, motivated, and outgoing Support Workers to work in a range of settings across Swansea and areas nearby. There is a range of different shift patterns available and can be either fulltime or part-time.
Your new role:
The role will consist of supporting the delivery of care to adults with learning disabilities. You will be required to provide care and assistance to individuals within the service, promote their independence and help them to live better lives.
What you will need to succeed:
You will need to have a minimum of 6 months previous experience in the social care sector. Qualifications such as QCF Level 2 and 3 are desirable but not essential. It is important that you work effectively within the team to provide the best service we can to the people we support. Driving is essential as providing access to the community is a big part of the role.
