About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Care Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless aftercare experience for our homeowners and reflects the professional, structured approach you would expect from a leading 5-star housebuilder. You will be responsible for managing post-completion enquiries, coordinating works, and maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer care enquiries following legal completion.
Log, assess, and progress defects or remedial works within agreed service levels.
Coordinate appointments with site teams, trades, and subcontractors to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication with homeowners throughout the process.
Update and manage records within internal CRM systems and generate reports as required.
Work collaboratively with Construction, Customer Care, and external partners to uphold 5-star quality standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Customer Care function to enhance homeowner satisfaction.
About You
Experience in customer service, administration, or a property/construction-related role is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a calm, professional manner.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
Confident using digital systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
A proactive problem-solver with a genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer care.
