We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with lighting / electrical experience to sell on our counter in West Yorkshire.
This job opening is a full time position;

YOU WILL...
Have some experience selling electrical goods (essential)
Greet and welcome every customer, and provide exceptional customer service;
Deal with shop customers but also via the phone and email enquiries
Manage and execute all stages of the sales process from opportunity to invoice to ensure proper follow-up, clean sales, minimal returns and customer satisfaction
Book in deliveries, put goods away, maintaining tidy and organised product stock, organising customer orders and keeping standards high
YOU ARE…
Amazing at giving great service, with a positive can-do, no-nonsense approach
willing to learn about the world of lighting
an excellent communicator and have great customer care skills (face-to-face and on the telephone)
Prepared to work hard and make the most of our training
A great communicator and team player who loves to help people
Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and enthusiastic!
