PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST (SPALDING CAMPUS)
£11,265 - £11,429 per annum (pro rata to £23,819 - £24,165 per annum), dependent on qualifications and experience
17.5 hours per week. Monday 8:30 am to 11:30 am, Tuesday 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, Wednesday 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, Thursday 8:30 am – 11:30 am and Fridays
8:30 am – 12:00 pm (although a degree of flexibility will be required).
Based in the centre of Spalding, the Red Lion Quarter Campus offers a varied range of courses in a state-of-the-art environment, as well as conferencing facilities and offices to rent.
As the first point of contact this varied role is an essential part of the service we offer to all our students, visitors and tenants. Dealing with enquiries, course applications and payments as well as signposting visitors and ensuring the smooth running of our conference provision, the successful candidate will be a motivated individual, used to working in a pro-active team with experience in either a customer service or reception role. You should have excellent verbal and written skills as well as knowledge of Outlook and Word.
