Looking for a rewarding seasonal job with plenty of variety and fresh sea air?
Whether you’re building valuable work experience or searching for a part-time role that keeps you active and learning, a seasonal position with Premier Marinas could be the perfect fit.
We’re excited to welcome a Marina Support Operative to our friendly team at beautiful Chichester Marina. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll work shifts as part of a rota, including weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and some night duties.
What we’re looking for
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
• Friendly and customer-focused, with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Someone who enjoys working outdoors in a stunning marina environment.
• A reliable team player, enthusiastic about learning new skills.
• Flexible and happy to work a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Boating experience is a bonus, but not essential—we’ll provide full training.
What we offer
Joining Premier Marinas means becoming part of a supportive, welcoming team. You’ll also benefit from:
• Competitive pay rates
• Free onsite parking
• Uniform provided
• Training and development through the Premier Marinas Online Academy
If you’re enthusiastic about the role but don’t meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway - you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
At Premier Marinas, diversity matters.
We believe that diversity makes us stronger. We will treat all applicants equally and with respect irrespective of their age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
How to apply
Please send your application to Tracey Jefkins, Head of HR, including:
• Your CV
• A covering letter explaining why you’re applying and your salary
expectations
Apply via our online application form or email: careers@premiermarinas.com
Proof of eligibility to work in the UK will be required at the start of your contract. Our Applicant Privacy Notice is available on our website.
