Job Overview:
Seeking an on-site ITsupport resource in Milton Keynes to assist with laptop deployments. The roleinvolves configuring devices, updating asset records, and supporting users.during setup.
- Location: MK7 8JU - Milton Keynes
- Contract: 14th Nov'25-31st Mar'26
- Mandatory check: SC Clearance
- Pay Rates: Umbrella Rate: £16.35/hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company) PAYE Basic Rate: £12.6/hour
- Hours: 37.5 hours a week. Monday - Friday.
- Time: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
A Security Cleared(Minimum SC) First Line Analyst supporting delivery of a 24/7 x 365 serviceworking in rotating Early, Mid, Late shifts to cover 7am-7pm. The Analyst willprovide technical support and service delivery to Client customers.Responsibilities include incident investigation and resolution, requestfulfilment, assisting with problem investigations, identifying and generatingsupport documentation, and technical coaching, ensuring adherence to agreedstandards and procedures.
