Your new company
We are seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join a well-established housing organisation on a temporary basis.
Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing tenancies, supporting residents, and ensuring compliance with housing legislation. You'll work closely with tenants to resolve issues, maintain positive relationships, and deliver excellent customer service.
Location: EdinburghRate: £22.40 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 30 per week
Start Date: Beginning of December
Duration: Until 31st March 2026 (initially)
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous Housing Officer experience is essential
- Strong knowledge of tenancy management and housing legislation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
