Your new role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant / Nursery Practitioner with a strong background in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team and make a real difference in early years education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years.
- Support children with SEN, implementing tailored strategies and interventions.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals to ensure inclusive practice.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that promotes development and wellbeing.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress in line with EYFS requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with children with SEN in an early years setting.
- Strong understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children's individual needs.
