Role: FLT/Unloader - Warehouse
Location: Runcorn
Contract Type – Permanent, Full time
Working Hours and Days: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 (40 hours per week)
Salary - £28,765 (plus monthly incentive bonus paid against site targets)

Our warehouse teams play a vital role in ensuring we deliver an efficient, reliable and high-quality service for our customers while upholding our commitment to safety, accuracy and operational excellence.
We are now looking for an FLT/Unloader to join our Runcorn team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring stock moves accurately and efficiently through the warehouse to support production and meet customer demand. Your contribution will help maintain the smooth running of daily operations and uphold the high standards our clients expect.
Duties & Responsibilities
Receive goods and supplies, accurately checking for damages, shortages or quality issues
Store stock safely and appropriately to maintain organisation and efficiency
Pick and pack customer orders ready for dispatch
Move stock using manual handling techniques, lifting equipment or pump trucks
Load goods for dispatch in line with operational requirements
Maintain accurate records, updating inventory systems as required
Carry out stock counts and assist with inventory accuracy
Work safely at all times, following all health, safety and environmental guidelines
About You
Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
Hold valid reach and counterbalance forklift licences
Able to work accurately, methodically and as part of a team
Good numeracy, IT and communication skills
Physically fit with the ability to carry out manual handling tasks
