Search Consultancy are currently working with a well-known business in the Commercial Property sector to recruit this role, initially on an ongoing temporary basis with potential for the role to become permanent.
This is a fully remote home-based role so we welcome applicants UK-wide with only three conditions for applicants:
* You must be based in & work from the UK during the length of this contract
* You have a fully functional home working setup including a strong & fast internet connection
* You are happy to travel very sporadically for infrequent team meetings
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration, document management, stakeholder engagement and data support on a variety of projects for the business & their end client.
Duties involved in this role will include:
* Processing utilities transfers for all sites being added to the companies network
* Management of documentation of all utilities info in required locations
* Assisting clients with utilities applications for new services
* Providing ongoing support/resolution of utility payment issues - including mystery tickets & shut offs
* Setting up of project folders for sites & requesting required stakeholder access to folders
* Reviewing and validating uploaded documents and reporting findings to the Transitions Manager
* Transferring documents from one database to another as required
* Recording of all documents received & outstanding for each project in the required location
* Reviewing various site trackers published by the client and working with their Transition Manager to update information for all pipeline sites in their region
* Attending virtual meetings with client stakeholders & providing updates on work they are responsible for
* Providing additional administrative support as appropriate including scheduling meetings & directly interacting with client stakeholders
In order to be considered for this role, your skills & experience should include:
* Previous demonstrable experience in a Project Administration role with a strong focus on document management & project timeline tracking - this experience is ESSENTIAL for the role & candidates without this experience will not be considered
* First-class organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise & complete a very busy workload effectively
* Solid IT skills including the use of the full MS Office suite of programs - experience of Document Management systems such as AutoDesk BIM 360 would be massively beneficial for this role
* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal as you will be dealing with stakeholders at all levels
* A willingness to pivot your focus when required and provided support across a wide-range of Administration duties
