You’ll be supporting individuals with a range of needs, including autism, learning disabilities, epilepsy, and non-verbal communication, helping them to live happy, safe, and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, person-centred support to service users
Assist with personal care, medication administration, and daily activities
Support individuals with communication, social interaction, and life skills
Follow personalised care plans and risk assessments
Maintain accurate records and reports
Promote independence, dignity, and choice for each person you support
Requirements
Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs
Moving and Handling experience (essential)
Experience administering medication (essential)
A positive, caring and proactive approach
Drivers and non-driver’s welcome
