We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Plant Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Your duties will also involve heavy lifting as required. Your role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes and maintaining the integrity of our equipment. You will play a vital role in troubleshooting issues, implementing improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities:
• regular inspections and maintenance of plant machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
• collaborating with production teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and equipment.
• developing and maintaining documentation related to equipment maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
• ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the plant environment.
• participating in project planning and execution for upgrades or new installations of machinery.
Qualifications:
• NVQ and time served engineer
• Proven experience as a Plant Engineer or in a similar engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to industrial settings.
• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
