Your Purpose
The Executive Assistant - President's Office works alongside and guarantees full assistance to the President at all times. The successful candidate will support the President to effectively manage his agenda, assisting with travel arrangements, organising and coordinating meetings while carrying out assigned projects/tasks.
Your Impact
Arranges travel, visas and accommodation and occasionally travels with the President to provide general assistance
Organises and maintains the President’s diary
Deals with incoming post, occasionally with emails on behalf of the President
Produces documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Organises and attends meetings/events on behalf of or with the President
Carries out specific projects and researches
Prioritises important tasks and deadlines for completion by the President
Performs line manager duties on behalf of the President (authorisations, expenses, etc.)
Meets and greets visitors at all levels of seniority
Your Journey so far
Excellent spoken and written English. Knowledge of Italian is also highly desired
High School Diploma or higher
5-year minimum EA/PA experience required, with an understanding of cruise/shipping industry desirable but not essential
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and Power Point)
Adaptability to work in a diverse and fast paced environment
Flexibility with a positive attitude
Discretion, trustworthiness and ability to multitask
