Pay Rate: Day- £13.25, Evening- £13.40, Weekend £15.00, Overtime- £16.00, Mileage 45p per mile
Guaranteed hour contracts
Morning and lunch hours only - Hours available 5 to 25 pw. Start time 7am finishing time around 2pm.
Full time hours also available, working hours from 7am to 22.30pm with breaks in between
Alternative weekend working pattern
Plus an allowance towards car maintenance and MOT paid early for full time staff
Duties -
- Provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Help with medication reminders and administration
- Support clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Experience -
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
